PInterest Dinner | Part 2

Pinterest Dinners have become a thing in our household! It gives us a place to find something new, and try it on a whim! Its also give me a reason to continue with my addiction of pinterest :)

So this round of dinners includes some pizza, some breakfast items, some new grilled cheese, popcorn, and other fun stuff! So here we go!

Popcorn:

1/4 cup canola oil or good oil for flavor

1/4 cup of popcorn

Salt and pepper for taste!

follow the directions on the raw popcorn bag! Yummy Yummy snack!

Fresh Fruit Muffins:

These are absolutely delicious! We made them with blueberries and strawberries and left the cinnamon off in the second batch! My opinion they were better with out the cinnamon sugar :) Dan’s opinion is opposite! Enjoy a lovely homemade breakfast that keeps through the week!

Homemade Pizza:

We used what was in our fridge for this one! Broccoli, Chicken, ranch, and cheese!  Here is the dough recipe!

Southwestern Chop Salad:

We followed the recipe and used what it said for the salad part! We did not make our own dressing, but we did buy a peppercorn ranch, and mixed in hot sauce, chili powder, and cumin! It was delicious! Great leftovers as well!

Cinnamon Roll Casserole:

This was heaven! Complete sweetness here! no complaints and absolutely delicious!

Enchiladas:

These are a staple in our house, and we make them at least once a week! We usually don’t follow a recipe and just do what we call a “garbage” enchilada=whatever is in the fridge!

Staples to keep on hand: torillas, cheese, black beans!

Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese:

Nothing to change here! Absolutely delicious, and we have had about 3 times since! Great leftover cold if you have any left! Definitely a crowd favorite!

Egg Scramble:

Another garbage dinner! We used whatever was in the fridge, that needed to be cooked! Eggs, zucchini, onion, tomato, spinach, and cheese! Had some potatoes in the cabinet, and cut them up for homefries! BOOM delicious meal!

There you have it another set of pinterest dinners in the blog!
